Why Aurelia?
Aurelia means “golden”, or “golden one”, in Latin and Greek translations. Aurelia Studios’ mission is to allow students to feel as if there is a golden light, or energy, radiating through their bodies during the yoga practice. This light is meant to let one’s mind, body, and soul feel rejuvenated, centered, and strong, guiding students to the best version of themselves.
Meet the Owner
Lizzy Scully is the owner of Aurelia Studios and a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, and she is a dance instructor. She is also a graduate of DeSales University with a BA in Musical Theatre. Lizzy loves performing and she feels that yoga gives her the same freedom to create as she moves. She finds that creating yoga sequences for a student works as choreography does for a dancer, and she hopes to inspire others to allow their souls to shine in whatever way they feel most confident!
